1. The service
By ordering the £249 website package you commission a custom-built website. The package includes design, build, SEO setup, admin panel, newsletter tools, cookie banner, privacy policy template, and source-code handover.
2. Payment
The £249 fee is payable in full before work begins, via Stripe or PayPal. Payment is in GBP. No refunds once design work has started, except where required by UK consumer law.
3. Turnaround
Most sites are delivered 7–10 business days after design approval. You agree to provide content within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing content are not our responsibility.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.
5. Hosting
Hosting is not included in the £249 fee. You are responsible for arranging hosting with a provider of your choice. We can recommend providers and assist with deployment.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final website code and content. We retain the right to display the site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the package. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or business loss arising from use of the delivered website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
